LeBron James is by far my favorite basketball player ever, even though hes hasn't accomplished things that Michael Jordan did. He's my favorite because he is a great leader and knows when to be a team player and when he needs to carry. Back in high school I wore number 23 because of LeBron and also wore his shoes for basketball. I think he is a great role model and many kids want and which to play like LeBron.
You'll always here the arguments about who's better, Kobe or LeBron. LeBron is so much better than Kobe even though he has yet to win a championship. You also have to rememeber that LeBron has been in the league for five years and Kobe has been in for twelve. Kobe won two of his championships with Shaq and one with the team, where as LeBron hasn't really had a team and lead them to the Eastern Conference Finals last year and almost to the NBA Finals. If you give LeBron James another all star calibar player then you will definately see him holding up that trophy multiple times in the future.

I've never been into basketball, so I don't have an opinion on this, but I have a lot of friends who would argue that Kobe is better. One of my friends has had Kobe as his favorite player since elementary school and has thousands of dollars worth of autographed Kobe collectibles.
